1 thing you should NOT do to find a job in Ibiza
Hope you’re doing fine.. Remember, Ibiza Inside is all about helping you in the best way we can..We get many emails with questions about Ibiza. A question we get asked a lot is about working in Ibiza. Let’s answer that specific question right now.
Working in Ibiza
Well, working in Ibiza is not an easy task. First of all you need to speak the language to improve your chances of finding a dream job.Keep in mind that the wages can be lower then you are used to. A lot of work is seasonal, but more and more businesses stay open all year around.
Don’t just send a small message and CV and hope for the best. Sell yourself, do some research about the business you would like to work in.

“You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you” -Dale Carnegie-
Share with the owners why you are going to lift their service to incredible heights with you in their team. Make an effort. Book a flight and meet the owners face to face.. Make it about them and not about you and you will lift off to find your dream job You get the picture, right?
