How are you enjoying 2013 so far? At Ibiza Inside we are busy making plans for the year ahead, this is an exciting year for us, our team is growing and we are looking forward to launching some new projects. One of these is ‘Wellbeing’, a new section to Ibiza Inside that we are about to launch. With ‘Wellbeing’ we hope to inspire and inform you about the many wonderful ways that there are to enjoy health and happiness on Ibiza. Certainly for us, we want to make health and fitness our top priority this year.

Our beautiful island is also renowned for its special healing and spiritual magic, and we hope to help you discover and experience this magic for yourself.
Meet Lisa Chadderton
We are happy to introduce our new Wellbeing Editor, Lisa Chadderton, who is on a mission to tell the story of the other side of Ibiza. Lisa will be exploring all that Ibiza has to offer those who are in search of health and happiness here. Lisa will share her personal journey and honest experience with you, as she tries out many different experiences for the body, mind and soul. She will also bring us interviews with inspiring people in the Health and Wellbeing field, shining a light on the amazing people who are making a difference on the island. We look forward to speaking with the best trainers, healers and health professionals and encouraging them to share their best tips and advice with our readers.
