Goodbye Ibiza, Hello Autumn

After another tremendous season, we’re sad to say goodbye to Ibiza and head back home. Leaving the glorious rays behind us and doing everything we possibly can to maintain that golden glow, whilst summer may be over, we’re more than ready to start compiling our autumn wardrobes!

Goodbye Ibiza, hello Autumn

This fall, there’s plenty to inspire even the most straight-laced fashion addict. From leather to studs, cowboy boots to military vibes, there’s a look to suit everyone, but for a real autumnal feel we’re investing oxblood, red, garnet and burgundy. While deep, dark colours regularly make an appearance towards the end of the year, we’re super excited to combine this year’s gothic trends with opulent wine-red shades to create luxurious outfits that will take us through the Ibiza season.

H2T Style

It’s all about sophisticated, sultry and oh so sexy, deep red tones which suit every skin tone, combined with head to toe colour. These are a must-try trend this season; it’s the perfect shade to experiment with. If you’re planning on rocking a top-to-toe look, take inspiration from Alexander McQueen’s Autumn/Winter 2012 collection: flocked designs in blood red hues combined with strong silhouettes are a great way to make a statement. Match this with that Balearic glow and they’ll create a warm and rich appeal that will certainly make heads turn.

Are you the lady in red on Ibiza this season?

If the autumnal chills are your main concern this season, cover up with a charming garnet garment that will keep the cold out and your style credentials in. A trusty leather jacket will last you through the winter months and give any outfit a rock star edge, whilst a luxurious shearling coat (think Haider Ackermann AW12) with a black knitted dress and killer velvet heels will create a classic look with a contemporary twist.

Paint the Town Red

For evenings out, take inspiration from the Gucci Autumn/Winter 2012 collection. With sheer fabrics in the most sophisticated tones, you create an easy-to-wear version by translating the trend into this season’s must-have accessories. A flocked floral purse will mirror the trend perfectly, especially when paired with oxblood separates that will create a diverse wardrobe for the winter months to come.

Take the plunge and compliment new colours with a deep red lipstick and matching nails. Voluminous hair is a must so think Hollywood diva and don’t be afraid to experiment! Autumn is the perfect time to try something new and with the post Ibiza-blues setting in you’ll need something to distract yourself a little. What is your favourite Ibiza outfit for this coming autumn?
