How to relax body and mind on Ibiza

Massage Ibiza

You live a stressful life and your mind is being overflowed with the things you need to do. Even 24 hours are too short to complete your day to day tasks. You decide to book a flight to Ibiza….but how do you relax there?

Get a massage and relax

There are a lot of places in Ibiza where you can get a very good massage. Most of the bigger beach clubs have their own massage facilities, there are a lot of Spas where you can get one or you can go to a salon. One of our favourites is Ibiza Massage owned by the kind Beto. The staff come to your place or you can visit their salon. When you drive into Ibiza Town you will see their English old timers parked along the road and they also have a bus painted in colourful Ibiza Massage design. Go ahead and get your massage in Ibiza.

Relax body and mind in a Ibiza Spa

Enchant your body in a lovely Spa

t here are some great Spas in Ibiza to which a visit is more than worthwhile. You can get a beauty treatment or you can relax in one of the whirlpools or hot tubs. In Ibiza Gran Hotel you can find a fantastic spa and one of our favourites is Hacienda Na Xamena where you can witness the sunset while relaxing in the Spa.

Ibiza-Picknick

Watch the sunset

One of the best relaxation exercises for us is watching the sun set. There are a lot of beautiful places on the island where you can see the sun set in the sea. One of our favourite places is Sillot d’es Rencli.
You can pack your picnic basket and sit in front of the boat houses. You will have an excellent view from there and the light is fantastic so don’t forget to bring your camera.

Go to a yoga class

For centuries people have practiced yoga to achieve harmony between body, mind and soul. This ancient art is available for you on Ibiza in several styles. Early in the morning, when the sun shows her face for the first time of the day, you can join a yoga class in the open air. It’s a great start of another fantastic day on Ibiza. You can also go to Sebastian from Hot Yoga Ibiza to practice yoga in a heated environment in his beautiful studio.
