The house is set on an acre of lush countryside and the private pool is stunning. It's amazing having a swim at night when all of Ibiza old Town is lit up, it really is beautiful. There is also private parking and a secure electric gate.

You are a 5 to 10  minute drive from the beautiful Talamanca, Selinas,  Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta, Es Cavallet and more. The little town of Jesus is just a few minutes away.

Large and spacious open plan kitchen. Cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave etc.
Living Rooms:   
Large lounge with 42 inch plasma, DVD and stereo. Large corner sofa for maximum comfort! Dining room with beautiful oak table perfect for entertaining.
Other:   
Large outdoor roof terrace from the master suite. With views to Ibiza and overlooking the pool. Property is on 3500sq.m of land. Pool terrace is 230sq.m with 6 metres x 10 metres pool. House has 230sq.m.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:        
The villa has a housekeeper each Saturday, but we can arrange for you to have this done daily or as required, please contact me for more details.
