Restaurant Es Boldado is situated in the beautiful bay of Cala d’Hort, on a precipitous cliff facing the mystical rocks of Es Vedrá and its little sister Es Vedranell, and therefore a restaurant on one of the best locations on the island. 

If you have a day at the beach and feel hungry Es Boldado is one of the restaurants at Cala d’ Hort which are good to spend your lunch at. In the evening this place provides a romantic setting where you can watch the fabulous sunset. Therefore, bring your camera because you can make some stunning pictures here!

One dish you must try at Es Boldado is Caldereta de Langosta (Lobster stew) which is unforgettable. The lobster is expensive but a dish you’ll never forget. Another great dish is the Bollit de Peix (Ibicencan fish stew with saffron and potatoes). Of course the rice dishes are also delicious and there is so much more in their Mediterranean kitchen which makes your mouth water.

To complete your lunch or dinner you can try a Café Caleta (which is a very strong alcoholic coffee infused with brandy and spices).

Es Boldado is open from May until October and the waiters don’t accept credit cards. Making a reservation is a good tip if you like a table with sea view. Tables 5 or 6 are good J.
