One of our old time favourites is Restaurant La Oliva, situated in a great setting in the heart of Ibiza’s old town, Dalt Vila. La Oliva is a fantastic restaurant run by a family. After mum and dad opened the restaurant in 1986, their daughter took over after 25 years in 2012. They serve great dishes to choose from but we highly recommend their delicious fish dishes.

You will be entertained and you will have a wonderful evening at La Oliva, especially when you manage to find a table outside. On our last visit we had a magician at our table who amazed us with his tricks during our dinner…great fun! The wines are fantastic, the atmosphere is great and the mix of provincial cuisine and Mediterranean inspiration will make your inner self very happy.
